Gettin' on a soapbox. SORRY in advance.

Just went to my first "big girl" fundraising cocktail party, and thought I'd just post a bit of information on a great organization that I'd never heard of before to help get the word out.

It's the United Nations Girl Fund, and it supports programs to ensure that girls enter and stay in school, as well as providing comprehensive, life skills-based reproductive and sexual health education and services. Seems like a great cause, given that so many "youth" funds focus a huge majority of their funds on programs that benefit only boys.
